The Tube Hound is built for big barreling waves like Ocean Beach in San Fran, Cloudbreak, Puerto Escondido, and Pipeline, just to name a few.  With extra thickness and a fuller outline than traditional step-ups and guns have, the Tube Hound is a paddling machine.  It has a flowing continuous rocker with a flat bottom in the front 1/4 of the board which blends to a slight single concave and a spiral vee off the tail, allowing maneuverability and control at high speeds.  We recommend ordering this board with a 5-fin set up so you have the option to ride it as both a quad or tri fin.
